Construction Debris Hauling in Charlotte — What We Take
Renovation waste from Charlotte properties — drywall, lumber, flooring, roofing shingles, tile, insulation, old fixtures — is our most common commercial call. Contractors use us because a dumpster rental runs 7–14 days and we can be there the same day they need the job site cleared.
We work during active renovation projects and after they’re done. If you’re a homeowner whose contractor left a pile in the driveway, we can clear it out the same day you call. If you’re a contractor who needs end-of-week cleanouts at multiple Charlotte sites, we can schedule that as a recurring arrangement.
One distinction to know: mixed construction debris (drywall, wood, general rubble) is handled differently from pure concrete or metal loads. Mixed loads go to C&D facilities; separated loads sometimes qualify for specific recycling streams. If you want to maximize recycling, separate metal and concrete from the general debris pile before we arrive. If not, we haul it mixed — it still gets processed, just at a different facility.
Hazardous materials — asbestos-containing materials, lead paint residue on old components — are outside what we take. If you’re working in a pre-1978 Charlotte home and there’s any question, get an inspection before the debris comes out.
