Pricing

How Demo Pricing Works.

Demolition jobs are priced on-site based on the structure size, materials, access, and haul volume. We don't guess over the phone on jobs that require a real assessment.

1

We Walk It

We assess the structure, access points, material types, and haul volume before quoting anything.

2

You Get a Firm Price

One number that covers demo, labor, and haul-away. You approve it before we start. Nothing changes unless the scope changes.

3

Done in One Visit

Demo and haul happen in the same job. No separate scheduling for debris removal. It's gone when we leave.

FAQ

Demolition — Quick Answers.

Yes. Every demolition job includes same-day haul-away. We knock it down, load it up, and take it with us — no dumpster needed, no separate hauling crew to schedule.
On most jobs, yes. Sheds, decks, fences, bathroom gut-outs, and light interior work can typically be completed in a single visit when you call before 3 PM. Larger projects — mobile home teardowns, full commercial buildouts — are scheduled across one or two days.
We quote on-site after walking the job. Price depends on structure size, materials, access, and haul volume. We give you a firm number before we start — nothing changes unless the scope does.
Permits are the property owner's responsibility. For most residential shed, deck, and fence removals, permits are not required in NC. Interior gut work and structural demolition often require a permit — check with your local building department before scheduling.
We do not handle load-bearing wall removal, full foundation demolition, or asbestos abatement. If you're unsure whether your project is in scope, call us — we'll tell you honestly whether it's a job we take.
For most residential jobs, same-day or next-day scheduling is available when you call before 3 PM. Larger commercial or mobile home projects typically require 2–3 days of lead time for site assessment.
